The form on this page contains three sections, Contact Information, Course Details, and Registration.

The first section, Contact Information, is to fill in your basic contact information for class registration. The second section, Course Details, will provide you with the course information such as time, location, address, and the instructor’s name and phone number. The last section, Registration, is the payment processor.
